Can You Go To Toys R' Us Today?

My son woke up this morning and first asked if he has school today. When I told him he did, he asked if I could go to Toys R' Us while he was at school to get him something in case it is his birthday today. It is not - but a very creative way to get a toy.

DEAR PRINCESS MOMMY,
I AM SO VERY HAPPY YOU STOPPED BY AND EVEN SUBSCRIBED TO MY BLOG.
I AM VERY SORRY YOUR FRIEND HAS CANCER AND THAT YOU ARE UNDER GOING TESTS.
LEILA AND CORBY HAVE WANTED A CHILD FOR MANY YEARS BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED. MY DAUGHTER WAS DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER JUNE 10, 2008. THEY GAVE HER ONLY TWO MONTHS TO LIVE....THEY ALSO ONLY GAVE HER TWO MONTHS TO LIVE BACK WHEN SHE WAS 10 1/2 AND AND AS A RESULT OF RADIATION AND SOME PRETTY TOUGH CHEMO, SHE COULD NEVER HAVE CHILDREN, BUT SHE HAD HER LIFE. THE RADATION TO HER PELVIS DESTROYED EVERYTHING AND SO SHE WAS IN MENOPAUSE AT 11 YEARS OLD.
THE ODD THING ABOUT AMY AND LEILA IS THAT WHEN AMY WAS IN KINDERGARTEN, HER FRIEND LEILA WAS IN 2ND GRADE AT THE SAME SCHOOL AND THEY ONLY MET 10 YEARS AGO. THE WHOLE TIME SHE WAS ENCOURAGING AMY AND JUST BEING THE GREATEST FRIEND SHE HAD A DEADLY CANCER GROWING IN HER....NO PELVIC PAIN...NOTHING BUT REPEATED URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS.
I THINK EVERY CANCER VICTIM WILL TELL YOU THE SAME THING...THEY HAD NO PAIN OR THEY HAD PAIN AND THE DOCTOR WOULD NOT LISTEN.
WILL BE PRAYING FOR YOU BOTH.
BLESSINGS
hugs
